Cobra PUMA Golf

•	Drove significant increase in 2012 sales and doubled the sell-through for all product categories with the repositioning and energizing of the Cobra brand. Successfully launched products internally to sales and externally to trade to grow projected sales and future commitments. Also grew website visits by 75% in February 2012.
•	Grew key accounts sales and managed marketing enhancement programs including in-store graphics and merchandising, online content, eblasts, events, training and sales contests.
•	Developed differentiated brand strategies and integrated, multi-channel media campaigns, including print ads, TV spots, digital, social media, in-store POS, collateral and events. Digital campaign exceeded industry click-through rates. 
•	Crafted product positioning and led trade and consumer introductions of Cobra’s full product line of high performance golf clubs to generate more than $150 million in sales.  Developed go-to-market strategy for product launches, achieving sales targets and marketing goals.
•	Instituted first-ever international marketing meeting for the brand to develop better collaboration and communication amongst global marketing teams, fostering a more consistent marketing strategy worldwide. 
•	Developed and launched unique, multi-channel drive-to-retail promotion to boost trial and drive sell-through of new driver, creating more than 50 million impressions in US.

•	Established sales rep merchandising committee and analyzed feedback to maximize retail merchandising plan. Streamlined POP and fixture offerings to maximize efficiency.
