Merit Property Management

Responsible for:
•	Oversees and is the initial contact with the set-up of all new communities to FirstService
•	Ensures operational readiness of the community prior to transition to a Business Unit or Community Manager
•	Work with all operational department leaders within FirstService
•	Quality assurance for all product going out in the initial launch stage and to ensure all necessary systems and procedures are in place for each unique aspect and tasks related to the new community 
•	Provide weekly client updates
•	Organize and coordinate Welcome Events
•	Ensure corporation compliance and set up is complete prior to transition
•	Developed and maintain operational reports and tracking tools
•	Conducting Best Practice Audits on Community Managers and the communities they are managing
•	Supervise support staff

Director - Client Transition

Merit Association Services

Responsible for:
•	Provided community association planning services to Merit clients, including forward planning, pre-management, and quality assurance services 
•	Was an integral role in the continued development of Merit’s overall company growth
•	Participated in business development activities such as PCBC, BIA and industry events
•	Created Community Guidelines and Operating Policies
•	Regional quality assurance training/auditing

Management Consultant

•	Managed some of the company’s most prestigious communities
•	Oversaw the day-to-day responsibilities for the running of the Association’s business including, but not limited to, the maintenance, preservation and general care of the Association’s assets
•	Supervised support staff
•	Manage and oversee vendor relations and contracts
•	Responsible for association fiscal management

Senior Community Manager

East Lake Village Community Association

Responsible for:
•	Self managed a large master-planned community 
•	Performed all required day to day executive functions of the association’s operations.  
•	Acted as a liaison representing the association as appropriate, to the organizations internal and external business needs
•	Managed a staff of 15  
•	Prepared weekly Executive reports for the Board of Directors 
•	Prioritized and supervised all maintenance and vendor work
•	Developed and maintained positive client relationships
