“Do you have a moment to chat?” The message from my boss sounded ominous. I thought I was getting reprimanded. I was wrong. Our client, a large Fortune 500 enterprise, was struggling with a system modernization problem. Imagine having a really old, really big city like New York and needing to renovate everything—roads, subways, buildings, infrastructure, policies, procedures—all of it.
