I go to them for my functional medicine.  I am currently seeing Elizabeth Oberly for the medical care and Dr. Cain for my Chiropractic care.  They are located in Macomb County, MI with 6 locations.  They are holistic and take insurance.

Now I am going to give to you in miles per minute and I walked as fast as I could pace.  I did not run any part of it and I had no dogs with me.  My time worked out to be 15.29 minutes per mile  on Saturday.

Interesting information.

Now my A1C was 5.1 at my last blood panel.  My plaque buildup at my last scanning was no buildup in the Carotid Artery in either vein.  So what he says here makes sense.


I have been told that the brain needs carbs, but I disagree with the premise.  He is right.


Helpful advice.  When Dr. Cain is away, she has filled in and did my adjustments and is very good at it.
