I retired from full time employment at the end of 2020, having worked for 50 years' in the asset management industry, with leadership roles including D&I, Government/Public policy, business and sales management, marketing, client relationships, and investment consultant relationships globally. I was Chair of the UK Board of my firm, as well as of the UK ManCo. I am Vice Captain of Colchester Golf Club, a member of the Management Board, as well as a member of their Policy & Advisory Committee, and Chair of the Course Committee. Post retirement at the end of 2020, I was an Ambassador and previously for a six months period a Co-Chair for the Disability Workstream of the Diversity Project - Investment Industry.
