With over 10 years of work experience in the recruitment, sales and manufacturing industry, I am currently the Managing Director of Prime Workforce Solutions within Prime Trading Group. In this role, I oversee the operations, strategy, and performance of the workforce solutions division, which offers customised recruitment and consulting services for clients across engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors. Prior to joining Prime Trading Group, I was the Sales Director at Aimers Coffee & Tea Ltd, a renowned coffee and tea company with a UK presence. I was responsible for leading and managing the company sales, developing and executing sales strategies, and expanding the market share and customer base of the company. I am currently a board member of Prime Trading Group, Director of Prime Workforce and previously a board member and Director within Aimers Coffee and Tea. As a business owner and an electronic engineering graduate, I have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation and technology. I founded and ran my own business for eight years, providing manufacturing and engineering solutions and services for various clients and projects. My ambition is to create value and impact for my customers, my team, and my organisation, by delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
