As the first HR Manager at Taktika, I have taken on multiple roles and responsibilities in the growth and development of the organization. My primary responsibilities include developing and implementing HR and marketing strategies, and managing strategic partnerships.

𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀:
• Create and implement quarterly and yearly work plans and budgets for the HR department.
• Establish employee training and development programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership training, to foster employee growth and development.
• Head recruitment efforts, including sourcing and interviewing candidates and developing an employee onboarding strategy.
• Develop an employee retention strategy to increase employee satisfaction and decrease employee turnover.
• Establish individual growth plans for employees to align with company objectives and promote career growth and advancement.
• Improve employee experience by creating and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Create a quarterly and yearly marketing plan and strategy to increase brand awareness and reach, including social media, paid campaigns, webinars, community management, and more.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
• Manage and update the company website including creation of relevant blogs.

Managing recruitment processes end-to-end for innovative and growing tech start-ups 𝙞𝙣 𝙄𝙨𝙧𝙖𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙙.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• The positions I worked on included: Software and hardware developers, security engineers, sales managers, and more. Recruiting for mid-level, manager, and C-level positions.
