Created surveys and mail shots for the company’s clients, on behalf of consultants
Organised all company charity events, such as sponsored runs, pub quizzes, coffee mornings and bake offs

PR & Events Consultant

Head of PR Moves (Part of Career Moves Group) 

Team management – responsible for 2/3 recruitment consultants’ performances, training and progression. Interviewing  - PR candidates for agency and In house PR roles. 

Client servicing – meeting clients, receiving job briefs from them and selecting competent candidates for their job vacancies. New Business – contacting PR agencies and companies re PR staff requirements.  PR & Marketing  – planned and held events with topical speakers for clients & candidates to gain trade press coverage.

Other: Attended management meetings as division head, managed divisions’ annual budget, managed PR Moves’ database & website. Attended meetings at Institute of Recruitment Professionals (REC) and helped to form an ethical marketing recruitment group.
