As a Technical Support Specialist at Lob, I wear many hats and solve many problems, delivering quick and creative solutions while maintaining top-tier customer experiences. I leverage my skills in JavaScript, SQL, Python, and the command line to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide feedback and suggestions to improve the product and the documentation. I also collaborate with the engineering, product, and sales teams to escalate complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction. Before joining Lob, I gained diverse experience across multiple industries, from retail to healthcare to media. I have a strong passion for learning and exploring new domains and technologies. I also acquired multiple certifications from Codecademy to enhance my computer literacy before deep-diving into self-guided learning to boost my skills in JavaScript as well as my overall technical aptitude. My goal is to continue growing and developing as a professional and as a person, and to contribute to Lob's mission of making everything--online and offline--programmable.
