I led a team of ten recruiters focused on achieving excellence and speed in the U.S. market, developing and implementing strategies to optimize and automate processes, improve hiring quality, and boost team performance.

Recruiting Manager

-	Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Manage the entire hiring cycle, from defining profiles and sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring effective follow-up, reporting, and performance metrics.

-	Oversee the recruitment of critical and high-impact positions, while enhancing candidate experience and optimizing ATS (Teamtailor) usage.

-	Define and implement the company’s talent management and cultural transformation strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives. Supervise performance management processes, including NPS, to drive continuous improvement.

-	Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies in collaboration with the Communications department.

-	Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Onboarding programs, including Manager training for effective new employee integration.

Highlight:
Led the comprehensive Cabin Crew and Pilot recruitment project for LEVEL Airlines, working closely with Cabin Crew and Operations teams to design a high-quality, innovative, and engaging selection process that combined excellence in standards with a fresh, candidate-centric experience reflecting the brand’s spirit.
