▶ Netshoes Group is a leading sports online retailer in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico and among leading players in fashion and beauty online retailer in Brazil. Recently, the company started selling its stocks at New York Stock Exchange. 	
▶ I was part of the team that released among first Niche Marketplace (Netshoes & Zattini) in Latin America focused on Sports, Fashion and Beauty. 
▶ I started my journey at the company as a Senior Marketplace Analyst.
▶ During the first three months, my goals were to create processes for boarding of new vendors, quality of listing, organizing shipping and delivery condition. 
▶ Job Rotation in all areas involved Marketplace, such as: Technologic, Customer Care, Performance, Finance and Law. 
▶ Within of 8 months I got promoted to E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator
▶ Building a team of three analysts for hunting new vendors focused on Sports, Beauty and Fashion. 
▶ My main goals were: analyze the potential of new vendors, negotiate commission and contracts with key partners, and assume the quality of their operation and development of pipeline. 
▶ Along with the team, we created all the processes for the entry of new vendors. 
▶ I developed partnership with the Brazilian E-Commerce Environment in order to plug their clients through API.

eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator

▶ MadeiraMadeira is an e-commerce store providing construction, decoration and finishing material. The company received capital from three funds: Flybrigde , Kaszek  and Monashees. 
▶ The Company connects industries direct to costumers in the Drop Shipping delivery system. It was inspired in two American companies, Build.com and Wayfair. 
▶ I started developing small accounts close to Black Friday in 2014. At the time, those accounts do not represent even R$ 50.000,00 per month. In november, along with one supplier of furniture Gralar, we bet in a product that helped me to reach the outcome of R$ 250.000,00
▶ One year later, I was in charge of almost R$ 3.000.000,00 per month of GMV due to results. 
▶ Besides GMV, my other goals were: Delivery Time, Quality of Delivery to the Final Consumer, Products Management and Terms of Payment.

Account Manager

▶ Developing of sales forecast report to CEO and Directors.
▶ Setting up the Business Intelligence sector of the company. 
▶ I hired and trained three internees of computer engineer to extract informations from Date Base.
▶ First we used excel office then we upgraded to SQL and Tableau.
▶ Analyzes of sales according to Marketing Sources. 
▶ Creation of conversion pipeline.
▶ Development of Competition Study of the categories and best sellers products. Including: pricing, shipping, time of delivery, UX and quality of product description

▶Analytical Reports to understand properly the current outcome by category. For instance: furniture, flooring, windows and doors. 
▶ Analytical Reports of prices and shipping to compare MadeiraMadeira numbers with the other players.
