We have witnessed a significant disparity between effective positive psychology interventions and how people actually receive motivational support. Combining our expertise in Product Management and a deep sense of empathy for the healing process, our mission at A Little Better is to empower our community by enhancing awareness of mental health and fostering a sense of belonging. 

We leverage positive psychology interventions like daily gratitude and non-violent communication to facilitate personal growth. Currently, we're in the process of developing an MVP to help people establish consistent practice.

A Little Optimism is a web extension that.enables consistent daily gratitude practice to improve well-being.

🔑 User research
• Identify JTBD through conducting qualitative user research.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to discover UX problems.
• Design and implement a continuous interview process to stay in touch with users.
• Design and implement a knowledge base for user research artifacts to build shared understanding in the team.
• Build up strong relationships with power users to quickly receive high-quality feedbacks.

• Create product vision and strategies on multiple time horizons from user insights extracted from user research, domain knowledge and company's business needs.

- Develop and maintain core functionalities of Katalon Studio - a cross-platform desktop application for automated tests authoring. (adopted by +65000 companies)
- Develop and maintain Katalon Recorder (500,000+ installations) - A Chrome/Firefox web extension intended for quick automated testing.
- Develop and maintain open-sourced Katalon Platform API - The platform on which more than 20+ Katalon plugins were built.

Key features
- Research and implement a new method to automatically generate robust web element locators (submitted and under review).
- Implement Smart XPath Plugin that integrates the research above with Katalon core functionalities to self-heal test execution and test objects.
- Develop image-based web element identification feature which is part of the key self-healing features of Katalon.
