Occupied as Business Controller in the Beauty Care Business Unit for the Nordic cluster (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway in Henkel Nordics HQ). 

Part of the Nordic Management team.

Responsible for:

-What-if and scenario-based profitability analysis
-Reporting, analysis and budgeting of the major P&L lines of the Beauty Care Business Unit. 
-Handling of the Rebates accounts of the Consumer Goods Division (Beauty Care Retail and Laundry and Home Care Business Units ) for the Nordic cluster.
-Business partnering with the major stakeholders in this division on all financial matters.

Business Controller

Occupied as Interim Business Controller in the Laundry and Home Care Business Unit in parallel to my regular position as Business Controller in Beauty Care Retail

Interim Business Controller

Occupied as Junior Business Controller in the Laundry and Home Care Business Unit for the Nordic cluster (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway in Henkel Nordics HQ ). 

This role was part of the Nordic Management team.

Responsible for:

-Reporting, monitoring, analysis and budgeting of the major P&L lines of Laundry and Home Care Business Unit. 
-Monitoring, maintenance, analysis and optimization of the SG&A expenses of the Consumer Goods Division (Laundry and Home Care and Beauty Care Retail Business Units ) for the Nordic cluster.
-BI tools creation, optimization and maintenance from a Nordic perspective.
-Business partnering with all the major stakeholders of this Division on all financial matters.

Junior Business Controller

Participated in tasks and functions of Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care divisions related to:

-Reporting procedures optimization
-Planning, Budgeting and Communication of the achievement
-Cost and profit Allocation and Month-End Closing 
-Analysis of deviation between planned and actual figures

Acquired experience with SAP, SQL and VBA.
