Facilitating for the following RCA Masterclasses: 

- Human Centered Design for Intelligent Mobility short course: my responsibilities here included supporting the Course Leader, Dr Jiayu Wu in facilitating smaller focus groups in concept ideation, idea sketches and summarising ideas for a more inclusive shared vehicle design . Participants consisted of mobility experts and innovators from companies such as BMW, Honda and VanMoof.

- RCA Design Thinking and Innovation Masterclass in collaboration with the Design Museum, led by Professor Jeremy Myerson (co-founder of Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design). In this short course, my role was to assist attendees in navigating a real life brief from Meta Design team on ‘How to build trust and transparency around Metaverse communications?’. Participants included designers and innovation consultants from Apple, Meta, Deloitte.

Buzzbike is a London-based premium bike subscription service that you can cancel anytime.  
Key Responsibilities: 
- Supporting co-founders in executing the August '19 new model launch and 'product as a service' positioning (addition of service benefits such as delivery, on-demand maintenance and customer support).  
- Managing daily operations responsibilities such as logistics, anticipating stock issues and ensuring that internal reporting systems are up to date. 
- Handling various customer channels to support the current rider community of 450 people as well as potential customers.

Marketing and Operations Executive

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK

- Social Media Marketing: Responsible for delivering creative agency briefs; relaying feedback from Head of Marketing, Communications Manager to agency teams on the strategy behind always-on content and creative deliverables to support the launch of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle's TTL brand campaign "Working With You", special model edition launches and events coverage.

- Showroom Marketing: Management of  showroom material stock for 73 dealerships across the U.K, acting as the key point of contact for liaising with point of sale suppliers and the dealer network to ensure compliance with new Corporate Identity. 

- CRM: Management of creative and data agencies on the development of "Welcome", a loyalty direct email programme that aims to provides functional vehicle updates and upsell service plans and accessories. 

- Cross-functional team project: successfully delivered a 4 month Group Project within another brand, SKODA. The brief by SKODA Head of Services & Parts is to design a "Driven by Something Different" customer handover experience to increase activation rates for SKODA Car Connect technology.

Product Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities include: 

- Conducting monthly competitor analysis of recruitment campaigns on campus. 
- Promoting the EY Spring Campaign, which focuses on increasing STEM participation and technological skills in the future workplace.
- Supporting EY employer events such as the Networking Evening, skills workshop and campus stalls.
- Researching student insights on training apprenticeships and how EY can revolutionise this concept for graduates. 

Key Achievements: 
- In the year of 2016/17, EY has had more applications than ever for our graduate and undergraduate roles. 
- Increased digital and social presence, with a recordly high Twitter engagement. 
- Increased website traffic and engagement, winning the RAD Best Graduate Website award.

My highlights at Fonesalesman, a London-based start-up specialing in wireless charging, include: 

- Managing the company social media accounts, mainly Facebook, Instagram and YouTube on a daily basis.
- Creating YouTube digital content, including planning, filming, scripting and editing the UniQi product launch video. 
- Researching to promoting the brand into new areas (wireless cars). Learning HTML coding for the first time, I was able to build an entire webpage that allows customers to identify which car model is compatible with Qi charging.

Digital Marketing Intern

Google

GOMC is a global business competition that aims to improve students’ digital knowledge, particularly about Google Adwords. Over a period of three weeks, our task involves running an online Adwords campaign for a Bristol-based charity, named Unseen. Using an initial budget of $250, we monitored various success metrics, such as click-through rate and number of impressions to build brand awareness and raise donations. As the project leader, my responsibility included liaising with our client team, holding weekly project status to allow for robust adjustments to campaign bids. Through the challenge, I was able to develop my people-management skill as a leader and also my technical knowledge in digital marketing, Google Adwords in particular.

I’m a recent graduate in Global Innovation Design (MA/ MSc) at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College, Dyson School of Design Engineering. During the double Master's programme, my research is focused on education technology and play-based learning. 

Before venturing into design, I had a background in digital advertising, content marketing and social entrepreneurship. In 2020, I was 1 of 25 founders selected from 1,400+ applications across South East Asia for the YSI SEA Innovation Programme 2020, tackling three sustainability areas in the region that are Circular Economy | Clean Energy | Food & Agriculture. 

Since then, I have been supporting tech teams to launch and validate their ideas in various capacities as an Experience Designer and Facilitator.
