Strategic Design Leader

As the Senior Strategic Designer at BCG, I led the design and launch of end-to-end customer journeys and products in new and existing markets. Leveraging my expertise in persuasion engineering, I provided insights to increase product adoption and usage. Through ethnographic research and PET Scan analysis, I uncovered consumer insights, informing our design decisions. 

By creating comprehensive customer journey maps, I guided the design process with a user-centric approach. Developing design systems aligned with product goals, I ensured consistent and impactful user experiences.

Conducting UX workshops and trainings, I empowered clients to establish efficient UX teams and foster a culture of user-centered design. I evangelized its importance and successfully managed a team of UX researchers, designers, interaction designers, and visual designers, delivering outstanding results.

Led the cross functional teams (UX/UI Designers, Visual Designers, Front-end developers, Product Owners) throughout the design lifecycle of projects across domains in South Africa & India. Conduct user & ecosystem research and usability testing for new & existing products to craft omni-channel user experience.

I played a pivotal role in designing and  launching the venture with co-founders and product team, by building an effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Starting with conducting user research and market testing, to gather early insights from customers, I continuously identified and analyzed scope, trends, and behavior to generate innovative ideas and iterate on our product. I efficiently managed launch timelines and effectively optimised resource allocation. Additionally, I ensured the seamless deployment of pixel-perfect product alongside the tech team and CTO. I also participated in the hiring process, conducting interviews to build a talented design team and operations. I was responsible for all design, branding and digital marketing to generate greater adoption of our product.
