I’m 64. Since my mid-20s, I’ve wanted to live disease, doctor, and drug free, to give myself the best chance to die healthy at a ripe old age of around 120! It might sound like a pipedream, but I'm telling you, I’ve spent my entire life thinking about and researching what it would take to make it happen and then living every day to give myself the best chance. Now I’m helping others – the young and not-so-young - to also have their shot at a life free of chronic disease and dysfunction. Imagine being there for your great-grandkids and racing them around the yard! Or imagine being able to travel the world and hike into your 100s, with no limits to what you want to do or where you want to go. We ALL have our own WHY.
