Founded in 2013, rpc was conceived through a visionary partnership between the BMW Group and H&Z Business Consulting, with a mission to shape the future of business with a customer-centric approach.

Over the past decade, we've grown exponentially, expanding our global footprint from a compact team of 7 in 2013 to a dynamic workforce of over 450 professionals in 10 countries by 2024. Our evolution has been marked by a transformation in our services. While we initially specialized in People Empowerment, Talent Management, Performance Coaching, Strategy & Business Consulting, our journey has led us to embrace an even broader horizon. Today, we proudly integrate global expertise in Transformation & Change, CX-Design, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Notably, rpc stands as a proud member of the Transformation Alliance, fostering collaboration across borders for international business transformation projects.

H&Z Management Consulting

H&Z Business Consultancy and a recognized leader in business transformation and a member of the Transformation Alliance. My responsibility was to build and strengthen the sales portfolio with a strong focus on profitable and reliable business cases.

As the last decade closed, we observed a significant pivot towards internet-based decision making. To provide some context, this was the period when the first iPhone was introduced to the world. A blend of knowledge, emotion, and practice sets their approach apart, which is encapsulated in their motto - "Consulting with Head, Heart, and Hand". For over 25 years, H&Z has successfully implemented this philosophy.

This mindset served as the bedrock for future expansion and was instrumental in establishing the foundation for rpc.

BMW Group

After a fulfilling half-decade at Oracle, I transitioned to Nexolab, a subsidiary of the BMW Group. The name Nexolab subtly embodied its purpose, hinting at what lies 'next' and a 'laboratory' for testing. Nexolab functioned as the BMW Group's hub for innovation, with specialized teams working on unique aspects of innovation management, supply chain management, and customer relationship management. 

Our focus was on exploring new territories, testing out innovative business strategies, and leveraging cutting-edge technology. We were committed to crafting tangible services and products that would allow the BMW Group to harness data to its advantage and facilitate the global implementation of corporately developed programs. One of our key achievements was the development of the emerging media navigator - a tool designed to predict the impact of reallocating marketing budgets from traditional media channels to social media on brand image and consumer buying habits.

In my role at Nexolab, I primarily worked on developing the first digital marketing strategy and implementing social media marketing use cases. My responsibilities also included fostering business growth, nurturing client relationships, and leading strategic planning efforts.

My time at Nexolab was a profound learning journey. It ingrained in me the importance of delivering top-notch services to clients. I found that the quality of our work and the effectiveness of its presentation were directly proportional to the success of our clients and Nexolab. This experience imbued me with a 'promise less, deliver more' mindset, which continues to influence my professional approach and defines who I am today.

Oracle

At the dawn of this millennium, internet access primarily relied on modem connections. The advent of the internet brought about a revolution in how we function. Almost two decades later, it's hard for us to envision a world without this essential utility.

Oracle was at the forefront of this change, paving the way in transitioning traditional businesses into the digital realm of E-business. As tech startups sprouted globally, Oracle's technology became the fundamental infrastructure for this nascent 'new economy'. My professional journey took flight with an impactful event titled "Jump into Oracle", as part of a proficient pre-sales team serving various industries. After gaining two years of experience, I transitioned into direct sales, overseeing E-Business-Solutions within the Automotive and Telecommunications sectors. In 2004, my efforts were recognized with a global award for customer-centric business innovation.
