- We are looking for about 6 more companies to invest in and bring added value to via our relationships and/or industry expertise.

- To give you an idea of deal size, we’re evaluating a manufacturer which seeks a $40 million investment. And we offered on a manufacturer that creates source materials for US submarines and US aircraft carriers.

- Industries we are active in = Energy, Real Estate, Technology, Food Production, Medical/Healthcare Solutions, Crypto/Web3.

- We prefer to acquire at least a 25% ownership stake. Though we will look at as small as a 10% ownership stake if we like the company’s Leadership Team, Value Proposition, and the Upside Opportunity.

- We prefer companies that have EBITDA. Though, I will look at revenue or pre-revenue companies.
