For this position, I started by working through the available requirements and bids for the website and determined that it could be built with OTS software with customizations. After finding suitable software, I supervised the construction and customizations. Then I spent the next two years upgrading and maintaining the site, selling and building advertising, maintaining databases, building a subscriber base, SEO, speaking at conferences and other site related tasks.
