That’s what motivated me to start this business nearly 18 years ago. Once I reached the pinnacle of my success, I wanted to share my business with others looking to accomplish the same dream! Sharing our recipe to success is extremely important to me because I love to see people become successful and reach their dreams and goals. Nothing has been more exciting than reaching mine.

My team and I have been guided by the desire to build something better, something lasting, something that would be more than just a job; a rewarding career, and a chance to live the American Dream!

In my role I focus on the Vision for the business. I focus on where where we are going and what markets we will expand into. I work to support the team of Vice Presidents who manage operations, finances, and sales for the organization. I spend my time working on the business and aligning our leadership team to successfully deliver exceptional customer service to each of our clients.

My mission is to deliver a World Class experience to our employees, clients, suppliers and vendor’s. 

My vision is to build a billion dollar business that donates one hundred million dollars per year to charity. This will fulfill my life’s work… #changetheworld

mBridge is my non-profit. Part of my business journey includes giving back. I am super focused on changing the world. Over the last 5 years we have supported over 150 different noble causes, charities, non-profit organizations, etc. 

My Passion is giving back, my passion is supporting the amazing people that have their boots on the ground fighting to help those around us.

Snow & Ice Management Association

Being on the board of Directors for SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association) is an absolute honor for me! Snow and Ice services have changed my life, a lot of what I learned I learned from SIMA. 

When I purchased my first snow plow about 20 years ago I wasn't even sure if the blade was supposed to scrape the ground, when I saw the metal sparks flying I thought oh no, am I messing this up! Ha Ha, then I found SIMA and ordered the training video and learned and learned and learned until I had a large national snow removal operation. 

Being on the board of directors gives me an opportunity to help those who started just like me and support an amazing organization that has given so much back to me! 
I attend board meetings, share experience from business and leadership perspectives and support the SIMA staff however they may ask!  We as board members help to set the direction and vision for the organization and tackle major issues such as labor, insurance, training etc. These are major issues for any business owner, but we are truly invested in supporting those in the Snow and Ice Management Industry.

I additionally work with the board to enhance marketing and visual appearance of the Non-Profit. Provide insight on strategic initiatives and lend support where ever I can. Helping individuals with life altering issues refocus and rebuild there lives through Christ Centered Rehabilitation is the goal of the organization.

As the CEO of Evergreen Brands, I oversee the daily operations of the leadership team, align the strategic business positions to further company growth, increase operational efficiency, and enhance business profitability. I also leverage my skills in new business development, team building, and strategy to expand and diversify our portfolio of businesses and to seek opportunities as an angel investor in Native American enterprises. My mission is to build a brand that delivers $100,000,000 to charity through the work we provide our clients and to make the world a better place through environmental causes like EV charging, honey bee hive planting, and salt sustainability.
