As the Co-Founder of Humanity Academy (a social enterprise), I address the need for transformative education and personal growth in areas such as emotional literacy, self-knowledge, communication, conflict management, relationships, creativity, and learning. Our motto at Humanity Academy is "There is no one right way to live." I have a Doctor of Education specializing in Online Education and 15+ years of Instructional Design and Educating. I have worked in the higher education in multiple roles for over 15 years (Senior Administrator, faculty, and researcher). As a Solopreneur, I also Ghostwrite educational, operational and marketing content for business owners, non-profits and education companies, leveraging my expertise in online learning, research, curriculum development, and facilitation. I have worked with diverse clients and sectors, including non-profits, Indigenous communities, municipal and organizational policy design, tourism, forestry, marine safety training, mining, and youth development. I enjoy leaning into challenging topics and scenarios and applying systems thinking, open dialogue and respectful communication skills to address them.
