Unpopular opinion; you need to spend energy to create energy:  
 
For those of you who know me, you're aware that I’m deeply passionate about energy. 
 
Not just because it’s the field where I made my millions, but because energy, in its essence, is our lifeblood - it's everything and nothing, all at once. 
 
Modern life is packed with shortcuts meant to save us energy - from elevators replacing stairs to cars shortening the distance we need to walk. 
 
But are these conveniences actually sapping our energy? 
 
👉 Here’s a truth I’ve embraced: To unleash real energy, we need to use it first. It sounds counterintuitive, but it’s a powerful truth. 
 
Consider the Hadza tribe of Tanzania, considered one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes on Earth, who embody an active lifestyle that keeps them insanely healthy.  
 
They don’t sit they squat, they move, and live dynamically. They don’t save energy - they spend it, and in return, they have more of it. 
 
👉 How is a hunter-gatherer tribe relevant to us in business or personal growth? It’s all about 'movement breaks.' 
 
These are exactly what they sound like - small bursts of activity.  
 
Instead of sitting through another TV episode tonight, why not take a quick walk? Just ten minutes can significantly lower your blood sugar levels. 
 
Even simple activities like cleaning or gardening can increase your energy.  
 
A short session can boost your immune system and promote detoxification through lymphatic drainage. 
 
And don’t underestimate the power of sunlight. It's a vital energy supplement.  
 
It boosts vitamin D production, which is crucial for nutrient absorption and overall vitality. Aim for at least an hour of sunlight daily, regardless of the season. 
 
So, here’s my point: take breaks, but make them purposeful. Move.

Of all the internal blocks that impact us, fear of failure is a huge one.  
 
It can paralyse us with anxiety, self-doubt, and a racing heart.  
 
The trick to overcoming this mental paralysis? Reframe your mindset. 
 
Modern wisdom often tells us to be bold and constantly on the move, but sometimes, that’s terrible advice.  
 
Radical acceptance is a concept made popular by the author Tara Brach, and it means accepting and living with the prospect of failure. 
 
This can be a game-changer, freeing us from the perfectionism that keeps us stuck. 
 
Perfectionists often set impossible goals.  
 
Instead, try aiming for “good enough” rather than perfect. This approach is more flexible and keeps you moving forward.

When you’re anxious, don’t react immediately. Pause, slow down, and prepare.

Selling - it’s an art, a science, and sometimes, a real head-scratcher.  
 
Every solid entrepreneur knows that making a sale is about addressing the objections. 
 
So why do some prospects walk away?  
 
The late and great Zig Ziglar identified that objections fall into five basic categories: no need, no money, no hurry, no desire, no trust.

This is your cue to highlight the problems they haven't noticed yet.  
 
Educate them about the pain points your product resolves. Sometimes, they don’t know what they need until you show them.

When budget constraints block the sale, flexibility is your friend.  
 
Offer scalable versions of your product or flexible payment plans. Show them how an upfront investment can save money long-term.

Create urgency.  
 
Limited-time offers or highlighting the consequences of delaying the decision can turn a 'later' into a 'let's do this now.'

Here, they’ve invited you into a story. 
 
If you aren’t their target audience, that’s fine. The conversation moves on.  
 
But if you admit that you’ve been struggling with your fitness goals, then maybe you’ll want to hear more. 
 
"I offer a free consultation to assess your routine and fitness level. Then, I design a custom plan and provide support to keep you on track. If you’re interested, I have an opening on Tuesday." 
 
See how this conversation fits the story structure?
