o Responsible for managing sales in excess of $50 million annually, including independent, regional and multi-unit clients.

o Provide consultative services in all aspects of restaurant management to clients with client profitability in mind, and develop long term business relationships to ensure future sales opportunities.
o Plan and conduct sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions.
o Provide sales plans, budgets and reports to the Vice President and President.
