I also help them pay attention to the personal and professional journeys of their peers, so they begin to see heroism in others and grown in authentic appreciation. By giving clients the prompting and permission to ensure their personal and professional brand are authentic, I leave workshop attendees feeling wholly empowered to contribute in relation to their own calling. Building this sense of the hero's journey is an enduring way to create healthy team dynamics and organizational growth.
