Within 12 months, we won Silver and Bronze at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show—the national benchmark—for professional bakery. We have achieved Local Business Finalists for the Inner West of Sydney and have been featured by fans on Broadsheet for best almond croissant in Sydney.

Everything is made on premise using the best locally sourced ingredients throughout Australia, like Ben Furney Flour Mills and Pepe Saya Butter Company. 

Since 27THREE Boulangerie inception, the business has increased sales revenue by 25% year-on-year.
