There was no Dead which could not be solved with a MOOD Head-End.

Platform Services Coordinator

Provided point of transfer for refurbished equipment back into inventory.  Lead in quality control standard by which all repairs must meet. Trained others in the use of the company’s internal systems.  Continued high standard of excellence in weekly quotas and reporting errors when necessary.   Provided basic cosmetic to board level repairs on audio source equipment to wireless headsets for 3M drive-thru systems.

Routinely assisted in troubleshooting proprietary systems over the phone to restore the client’s service to various DMX systems.  Trained others in the use of the company’s internal systems for their various needs within the company.  Daily use of the company’s internal system to track incoming calls and e-mail of client needs in the Customer Response Center which could be accessed by any employee of DMX for error checking.  Daily creation of work orders through which all work in the field was tracked and invoiced.
