As a knowledge steward I will be responsible for digging, curating and maintaining organizational content in order to maximize the value of the organization's knowledge. 

Overall I will work to manage and safeguard knowledge assets as well as design and govern processes and practices  which ensure efficient knowledge management in the company that results in stakeholders having the right information at the right time within the right context. And all that so we can:

Empower internal and external stakeholders
Use content as an asset not liability
Ensure smooth knowledge experiences and informed collaboration across the organization

Working with Ontotext teams on building and maintatining Ontotext Knowledge Graph powered by marketing content. In my role I collaborate with our marketing team, our solutions team and with data architects to design and enrich Ontotext Knowledge Graph (OTKG). OTKG can be experienced as a free public demonstrator showcasing Ontotext’s signature semantic technology products working in concert with AI and will will soon be powering our website search: https://kg.ontotext.com/

I am a philologist fascinated by the metamorphoses of text on the Web and curious about the ways the Semantic Web unfolds. I hold a PhD in Marketing Communication, an MS in Creative Writing, and a Bachelor of Science in Classics. I am the author of the books The Brave New Text and Being Dialogic. 

Following my belief that marketing is now a matter of knowledge management and dialogic communication, in my work I strive to create dialogic moments through semantic annotations. Driven by my fascination with the ever-evolving nature of text on the Web, I also teach web writing to students in the Content Strategy Master’s program at FH Joanneum.

As of 2025, I am part of the Graphwise Knowledge Hub team, currently serving as a Knowledge Steward. In this role I will work to harness the potential of Semantic Web technologies to foster dialogic enterprise communications. In particuliar I will be working with content to assist our sales team in building, maintaining and evolving customer relationships.
