•	Achieve product sales targets in 50 accounts (Dijon, Clermont-Ferrand, Tours...)
•	Propose and deploy clinical sector tactics (targeting of opportunities, creation and monitoring of account plans)
•	Connect with customers and understand their needs. Identify key clinical or non-clinical contacts and decision-makers (surgeon, nurses, department heads, pharmacists)
•	Plan, prepare and organize meetings with existing accounts
•	Negotiate and set up new commercial partnerships for our products & Saas through tenders
•	Ensure the launch of new products (presence in the operating room, perform tests and train users)

Sales Representative at Ethicon

Reporting to the Biosurgery range product manager, I contributed to the development of the Biosurgery range on the French market notably with the launch and monitoring of new products and the development of independent marketing tools. My responsibilities included :

•	Pre-launch analysis and launch of a new product : Surgicel Powder
•	Deployment of a targeting tool to improve the performance of the sales force
•	Project manager in collaboration with DDB Health, communication agency, in order to harmonize and deploy a new communication campaign and new promotional tools
•	Monthly analysis of results and help in building the marketing plan
•	Training of new sales representatives during sales seminars
•	Competitive intelligence in order to analyze the market for surgical hemostatic adjuvants in France
•	Adapt, monitor and update documentation for healthcare professionals and patients. Submit and follow the validations of these documents in the internal system.

Achievements:
•	Autonomous deployment of a new harmonization and communication campaign based on field feedback (sales and customers)
•	Formation of a new dedicated Biosurgery team
•	Launch of the new Surgicel Powder product

Product Manager at Ethicon

For the Wound Closure & Biosurgery ranges, My responsibilities included :
•	Achieve product sales targets in 25 accounts (Paris, Boulogne...)
•	Propose and deploy clinical sector tactics (targeting of opportunities, creation and monitoring of account plans)
•	Connect with customers and understand their needs. Identify key clinical or non-clinical contacts and decision-makers (surgeon, nurses, department heads, pharmacists)
•	Plan, prepare and organize meetings
•	Negotiate and set up new commercial partnerships through tenders
•	Ensure the launch of new products (presence in the operating room, perform tests and train users)

Achievements:
•	Meet and create a relationship of trust with all of the sector's accounts
•	Achievement of targets with overshoot YTD (105%)
•	Conversion of a competitor key account

Attached to several product managers, I contributed to the development of the different ranges on the French market. My responsibilities included :

•	Monthly analysis of results
•	Development of a strategy and an action plan according to the analyzes
•	Help in the preparation of marketing plans
•	Deployment of new promotional documents and sales support tools

DC Shoes

Student contract as sales manager for the DC Shoes store located in Avignon. This store belonging to the Boardriders group (Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy ...) offers men's and children's textiles, spray paint and Skateboard and Snowboard equipment.

End-of-course internship in order to validate my DUT TC diploma.
Market study carried out on the sale of sports-related products during the production of an internship report in order to understand the specificities of this sector and the importance of innovation and marketing. The objective was to understand the difficulties encountered by a typical store, to think about solutions, put them in place and study the results.
