Can I show you the link between communication and tech? Proper communication solves a lot of human challenges because the ability to express and understand other people affects how we resolve conflict. I am sure you have seen this play out in your relationships. So, it beats my imagination that most people are not working towards getting better at communication. Invariably, that means most people are comfortable with conflicts even if they claim otherwise. Technology, on the other hand, is disruptive and growing, such that we sometimes forget that tech is for humans. Technology can only fulfill its purpose when we bridge the gap between tech and humanity with Communication. I recognize that not all of us can be passionate about this, but I'm glad I am. I have 3+ years of experience in sales copywriting, but designing user experiences makes my heart beat faster and I've been doing that for about 2 years.
