And here’s how you can build it too for your business…

But before that, let’s understand why this is so important.

I’ve seen most sales reps/Founders manually researching the lead before the sales call.

They check their LinkedIn, website, Crunchbase, etc for different types of information.

You are trying to find out the exact pain points and correct intel on your prospect before the call, which makes your sales pitch and positioning of your offer way better.

This eventually increases the chances of you closing that client.

Using this app, you can know following things about the prospect before the call:

Basic information like Description, Headcount, Revenue, etc

Signals like “Funding”, “Specific personal/business Achievement”, “Hiring”, etc

Find out exactly which sales channel this lead belongs to
Past Email/LinkedIn Conversation with the lead

You can build the Both Backend and Frontend using it.

But before that, you would need to have following third party APIs:
--> Perplexity API Key (for researching)
--> OpenAI Key (for organizing all the information)
--> Sales Engagement Platform API (for sourcing the conversation, for ex - we use Instantly.ai)

Once you arrange all those APIs, Here’s what to follow:

--> Download Cursor Desktop version.
--> Give it a detailed prompt with what you want to build.
--> Provide it all the API Endpoint it would need (curl requests) along with the API keys.

Test the versions and iterate.

Once you’re happy with the app, deploy the frontend on Tiiny Host and backend on Railway.

How to scrape data from complex web pages without burning Clay credits. (most people don't know this)

Have you noticed when you try scraping complex web pages, claygent is often not able to scrape the entire page properly.

For example - Scraping community pages on Whop, ZoomInfo pages, etc.

The problem?

↳ The community data was nested.

How to create interactive GTM dashboards on ClickUp

Step 1: Integrate Data from Multiple Sales Channels

We start by connecting all our sales and outreach channels into ClickUp Lists.

For example:

↱ Lead Tracker:
↳ This list acts as our CRM, with columns like “Inbox Link,” “Lead Research,” “Campaign Name,” “Email Thread,” “Company Name,” and “Email.”

Each row is a lead, and every column is a key data point.
(Think of it as a live, filterable table.)

↱ Campaigns Data:
↳ This is where we track every campaign’s performance. Columns include “Total Leads,” “Email Sent,” “Replies,” “Positive Replies,” “Bounce Rate,” and “Reply Rate.”

Each campaign is a task, and all metrics are updated in real time.

↱ Daily Campaign Stats:
↳ This list gives us daily operational visibility, with columns like “Daily Email Sent,” “Daily Replies,” “Daily Positive Replies,” “Daily Reply Rate,” and “Leads Not Contacted Yet.”

It’s our pulse check for every channel, every day.

Step 2: Visualize Everything in a Dashboard

Once your lists are structured, you can build a ClickUp Dashboard that pulls in data from all these sources.

Use Table widgets to show live stats from “Campaigns Data” and “Daily Campaign Stats.”

Add Chart widgets to visualize trends: 
➝ like reply rates, positive responses, or campaign performance over time.

Filter by columns:
➝ such as “Campaign Name” or “Status” (active, paused, completed) to drill down into specific segments or timeframes.

Step 3: Connect the Dots

Because each list is connected, you can trace a lead from first contact (“Lead Tracker”) through campaign engagement (“Campaigns Data”) to daily performance (“Daily Campaign Stats”).

This connected data model means:
