I have been in payments now for over 14 years. I have worked specifically in the verticals of Hospitality, eCommerce, wholesale, travel and eCommerce, but I have a skillset which can span across all industries and a network of ex-colleague, partners and (many of whom are now) friends to cover any requirement a business should have. With a slightly nerdy love of pricing and technology, I am well placed to help and support businesses to better understand their payment options, and many areas aside. I enjoy getting to better understand businesses and customers, how they choose to be different and what they strive to achieve. Working closely with my customers I aim to ensure they get the best available solutions to drive their business forward, to be more successful, more profitable (and hopefully happier!) than they were before. With a background in both credit management and accounts, web design and computers, I am well placed in the merchant services, EPOS, eCommerce and open banking arena to connect the dots for my customers and become an essential extension of their business for cost reduction, driving technology and sales, Loyalty solutions, and much more.
