At AdVenture Media, I founded the Freelance Talent Pool back in 2021. I am now the manager of the program. I have reviewed hundreds (if not thousands) of Resumes and portfolios in this journey. I  source, test and interview potential contractors on a daily basis. I designed and manage the project management system where the talent pool is stored, including automation setups and integrations with other systems. I create the agreements and onboard the freelancers. That led me to get involved in hiring full-time associates for the company, resulting in a very cost-effective process - less than 1k per hire! Have currently been managing the operations of full-time hiring ensuring that everyone is on the same page, interviews are scheduled according and candidates experience flawless communication.

 I also founded back in 2021 The AdVenture Media Network - a strategic partnership program with other marketing agencies from all around the world. I source and vet potential partners, onboard them into the program, use critical thinking to send them opportunities and build relationships with the partners. I built our internal Partner's system within monday.com and Hubspot. Additionally, I ensure all billing is done accordingly and on time and build internal reports for the program on a weekly and monthly basis. I created a Loyalty Program within The AdVenture Network that really sets apart our best strategic partners. I also manage our internal team of the program.

I started off in the company as the first employee with the two founders. I built up the company's first processes and the first hiring, sales, project management and content systems. I continuously provided new solutions for continuous system optimization. I set up platforms, automation and system integrations. I also assisted the CEO with CRM optimization, sales leads, and proposal creation. Helped manage client onboarding with the Client Success department, created all resources, SOPs and systems for new clients. Managed reporting dates and created reports gathering data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and Google My Business, as well as organizing the reporting calls and sending out calendar invites.
