Mental health and Justice Initiative

Oversaw supportive housing program for 20 individuals with complex needs and histories of mental health, addictions, trauma, criminal involvement and homelessness.  In addition to the 20 units, also supported 96 individual's in units in the community for the above population.

Alternative Level of Care Program

Oversaw supportive housing program with 24 hour staffing support for men with the legal designation of  NCR (Not criminally responsible)  re-integrating back into community living after long term stays in forensic facilities.  Worked collaboratively with the extended forensic health care team to mitigate risk during the process of community re-integration and prepare documentation for the Ontario Review Board.
