I  was the Voice Communications Administrator for the Corporate office  and the Global sites  responsible for:

Building the new stations as well as providing their Fuze software which was a major project most recently with the Corona Virus

Microsoft Teams.  Most recently started providing users with this app so that they can create meetings, etc 

I am the authorized leader for FMC's Mobile services with at&t Wireless and VerizonWireless. 
Issuing New service ; upgrades and Plan changes, international service

All Telephony invoicing and will jump in to assist with other FMC sites with past due invoicing, etc

I am also the Corporate IT Customs Compliant Officer..., responsible for Exporting and importing IT equipment around the world and working with brokers abroad if need be.  The information I provide for customs must be accurate and compliant with Customs.
