Principle Responsibilities:
1. At Systems my obligations were regarding UX and UI/Visual aspects of the projects.
2. Analyse and iterate the projects in terms of visual design, and curate a better UX with accurate benchmarks.
3. In-charge of creating and maintaining Design Systems in various projects based on the requirements.
4. Act as a design expert and uphold values of Visual and UX design. 
5. Assisting in analysing, requirement analysis, workshops, wire-framing and prototyping in various projects.
6. In-charge of handling the client, their feedback and presenting to various stakeholders throughout the project.
7. Leading and delegate work in project while managing the whole project and mentoring interns.

Project Based Responsibilities:

- Developing Prototypes to present clientele for an improved user experience.
- Working in and leading the design team as we revamp the experience from scratch. 
- Organised and led discussions & lead design ideation. -- Also leading client meetings.
- Created wireframes while going with a mobile first approach.
- Curated and ran an event-based workshop onsite with the UX Strategy team with the target to reiterate the language of the project going forth.
- Created a new and better flows with better and unique design approaches.
- Constant connection with the dev team. 
- Maintaining their design system and matching their currently running program to create a uniform result.

Senior UX Consultant

- Worked in a team of 2 on the design side as we redesign the experience through wireframes and mobile first approach.
- Took charge of curating new looks for the components as well as how the design will look once it is developed by constant involvement throughout the development phase and QA.
- In charge of client presentation and handling feedback.

- Consulted on use of UX principles and benchmarking for better user journeys.
