I joined at Series A and built the Talent Acquisition function from scratch.

•Hands on role, leading Talent Acquisition and People Operations team strategy roadmap
•Built the Talent Acquisition and People Operations function from the ground up
•Rapidly scaled Digital Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, Growth, CX, Operations and Finance teams 
•Launched a Recruitment KPI analytics dashboard - reporting insights to SLT and ExCo
•Made a cost saving of over £560,000 p/a in recruitment agency spend whilst improving Time To Hire.
•Over 95% of hires made were direct, through designing and implementing a centralised recruitment model
