Creating engaging, interactive online learning courses and delivering across the entire Coventry University group, including international as well as domestic. 
Combining my Strategic IT management skills with my Teaching and Learning background to solve problems with technology thus bridging the gap between the tech systems and the people using them.

A selection of some key projects:
- Filming, animation and editing video (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator & Apple Final Cut Pro) to create high quality training resources for use globally.
- Facilitation of the groups global induction program.
- Live broadcast teaching & learning to large groups using Blackmagic video switching technology to create engaging blended sessions.
- Live broadcast of events using multiple fixed cameras, PTZ cameras and roving wireless cameras.
- Supporting a £10m academic research project by research and development of a bespoke professional secure file sharing system for distributing and collecting data from multiple partners.
- Providing group wide consultancy on IT projects and creating bespoke training packages to support the staff.
- Creation of promotional videos for raising staff awareness of events, new systems and new group procedures.

Working with stakeholders to build the learning around the client's needs through structured training/learning needs analysis and 20 years of teaching experience.

Lead Digital Trainer - Organisation Development

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust

Supported Macmillan and University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire by running regular support sessions for cancer patients, in which we created a mobile broadcast setup that mixed multiple onsite cameras with external presenters and pre-recorded videos.
This enabled patients to "meet up" remotely with others in a support group fashion as well as with the professional's in the NHS and Macmillan, all in Covid safe way.

Creation of videos to signpost patients to services and support accessible online.

Project management and implementation of a fleet of "telepresence" wheeled robots that enable professionals, both internal and external to the trust, to engage with others onsite from anywhere in the world.

I am very proud to be using my tech skills to support the patients and the wonderful and hard working people at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust and Macmillan.
