By combining my expertise in digital platforms and SaaS with my experience managing complex initiatives in multi-national contexts, I provide the board with strategic insights and initiatives designed to streamline the sales processes and improve client management infrastructure.

While managing the complete portfolio of SAP’s software, cloud, and services offerings, I was responsible for leading a team of Senior Account Management specialists directly engaged with key account customers. This role involved developing a multi-functional sales team with the expertise required to manage high-value deals and the communications skills to build strong client relationships.  I oversaw critical negotiations and managed diverse client needs while also improving team efficiency and coordination, with a focus on developing new sales talent and utilizing the experience of senior team members. Under my leadership, each member of the sales team was able to secure deals ranging from €4MM to €9MM annual contract value, including the organization’s 5 largest cloud contracts.

I launched a program to implement governance improvements, introduce deal-structure analysis, and increase strategic profit visibility, securing €100MM in additional profits. I was also responsible for engineering and approving key deals, facilitating executive communication, and coordinating individual market strategies.

My role as a Sales Executive for SAP Innovations was focused on generating paradigm shifts in large-scale data management by simplifying architecture, enabling new classes of Big Data, and developing cloud and mobile applications. I had end-to-end responsibility for delivering SAP HANA Platform solutions to the entire Belgium market, including roll-outs of HANA and SAP’s High Performance in Memory Appliance.
