I’m looking for a Senior Vehicle AI Architect Research (f/m/x) to join my team in Munich and help us redefine the soul of future BMW vehicles.

In this role, you will deep-dive into state-of-the-art AI systems, understand their core architectures, and translate that research into high-impact solutions for complex E/E architectures. You’ll work alongside world-class experts to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI and millions of vehicles on the road.

What we are looking for: 

• A Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Deep expertise in Small Language Models (SLM), Vision-Language Models (VLM), and model optimization.

• Expert-level Python skills, API technologies, and solid CI/CD practices.
