I am a serial entrepreneur, author and failure enthusiast who loves to work with executives and organizations and help them implementing a positive failure culture. After founding my first startup in the automotive industry and living in Silicon Valley, I believe that failure is part of the success, and not the end. My personal conviction motivated me to start and found the Fuckup Nights in Austria as well as the Failure Institute. I do also hold a master’s degree in law from the University of Vienna, but trust me, running a business taught me more than school ever could.
