Responsible for the conduct of all training of all Marines in professional selling skills, quality control, and systematic recruiting as required.
Advise the Commanding officer on all recruiting and training matters.
Provide training and assistance to recruiting sub station commanders.
Diagnose and correct selling and management problems at the recruiting sub station level.
Conduct Systematic Recruiting inspections.
Prepare, execute, and supervise annual and monthly training plans. 
Monitor and maintain the training and evaluation process for new professional recruiters.  
Train all Career Recruiters within the command.

Assistant Recruiter Instructor 

Responsible for achieving contracting missions for Officer positions for ground , air, and law by category, diversity, and specific education levels  on an annual basis. 
Area of Responsibility included New Mexico,  West Texas, Panhandle of Oklahoma,  and Southern Colorado.

Officer Selection Assistant 

Responsible fo achieving monthly contracting mission by component, category, and quality assigned by the Recruiting Sub Station SNCOIC. 
Responsible for training, mentoring, ensuring of the personal welfare, and preparing for Recruit Training of all future Marines. 
Responsible for maintaining positive rapport and relationships with the local community and high school administrators.
