In my current role as Vice President Product Initiatives & Business Development, I focus on translating real-world customer needs into scalable, strategic products — while driving interdisciplinary collaboration across teams. My experience spans leading customer-centric initiatives, building trusted partnerships, and taking full end-to-end responsibility for strategic solutions. Beyond product ownership, I’m passionate about supporting new ways of working ("New Work") and new compensation models ("New Pay") to create a more dynamic and meaningful work environment. Drawing from my earlier experience in committee work at the University of Augsburg and in leadership roles within non-profit organizations, I bring a holistic, people-centered approach to everything I do — always keeping the big picture in mind.
