Act as building and district level consultant; supporting teams who are in the school improvement process focusing specifically on collaborative problem solving, data based decision making, school wide positive behavior support, classroom management and research based intervention.

Coordinate training and technical support for the district and building level teams involved in implementing school improvement focusing on student outcomes related to literacy and behavior.  Responsibilities include creating, organizing and delivering professional development, coaching, consultation and organizing the collection of outcome evaluation data.

Developing and provide training on a variety of topics including: Positive Behavior Interventions & Support (PBIS), collaborative problem solving teams, intervention design and progress monitoring.
