We improve outcomes, driving top-line results by increasing our portfolio companies’ recurring revenue, managing expenses and acting as an extension of their management team. 

Real Estate Sustainable Redevelopment: We invest in and improve the value of non-performing land with clean environmental recycling businesses. Once the land is repurposed, we invest in income-generating development (logistics, life science, research & development, corporate, and data centers) with our real estate partners.
