Drastically improved customer churn  through day-to-day management of team, customer journey mapping, and key account relationship management.

Developed a retention/customer success team from scratch to deliver high retention targets for SafeWorkforce and SafeSupplier - Hired team, established processes, and coached team to deliver retention results.

In charge of full end to end account management for the 15 largest valued accounts in SafeWorkforce - Developed Customer Success Plans, ensured service diligence, and single handedly took on the retention of those accounts.

Explored and developed data needed to enhance customer journey for key stakeholders to present and act upon.

Implemented ancillary services into SafeWorkforce brand, generating an additional £500k in 6-months of 2022, personally closed and sold £450k worth of sales.
