Supervises team that tracks and monitors pricing trends for 700 resorts for six different brands against eight competitors.  Combined business intelligence tools (Tableau & Qlikview) to allow revenue management teams to quickly absorb millions competitive price points weekly; thus, allowing the company to be price competitive and react to market changes quickly and efficiently.

Developed automated price shopping tool that used Visual Basic to automatically scrape pricing data off of the website of a nationally known airline.  This allowed for the Apple Leisure Group to become one of less than 5 companies in the travel industry to have this ability.

Successfully spearheaded project that transitioned company from using one price scraping platform to a new more advanced platform.

Created a MYSQL server and database that is used to house competitor pricing data.  Allowed for the ability to track competitive pricing trends over time in order to more proactively adjust pricing to beat the competition to the punch.

Managed the confirmations/inventory team in order to ensure the effective, problem free confirmation of all company bookings.  Created an automated Excel based booking tracking system to accurately track upwards of 65,000 bookings at any one time.  Automated systems have reduced the average % of active unconfirmed bookings from 6.74% to 0.81% at any time.

Created completely automated booking recap request and allotment request systems.  This has reduced the time to make such requests from 15 minutes per resort to 60 seconds per every 300 resorts.

Automated promo tracking tool; thus, reducing promo reporting time from 6 hours weekly to 45 minutes weekly.

Worked with destination management companies to ensure we receive pricing that is in line with our competitors. 

Created and maintained various tracking tools and analytics to measure department productivity.
