I started working for Ford Motor company marketing group after graduation from Northwood University. I was promoted into their dealer group shortly afterwards, then in 1996 decided to leave Ford and go into the retail dealer and be a part of the management team. As a sales and leasing manager, I soon took over the inventory manager position. I worked my way through all levels of management in less than a few years, to becoming a General Manager for several retail stores. Eventually I purchased my own dealership and became a dealer principal for my store. A few years later I sold my dealership and went into the service part of the dealer world with my strong people skills combined with my work ethics it helped make me very successful and a sales leader for my service team. After leaving the dealership world I was given the opportunity to get involved with a company from the ground up Enigma Key co. as the Chief Sales Officer and recently as the Chief Operations Officer where we have an AI Blockchain application for use on your phone to make self trades for you.
