My current role is as a Senior Treasury Analyst in the AXA XL Global Treasury Front Office team. I am a motivated, goal-oriented individual who has demonstrated an ability to work within a team, achieve divisional goals, and actively work with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies and improvement. My experience to date has been primarily focused on 1. Divisional cash management and liquidity: Operation of the day-to-day management of the divisional notional cash pool. Establishment of cash balance targets across AXA XL business units. 2. FX analysis: Review of ALM position at the divisional and legal entity level, providing inputs for trades to meet divisional limits (Asset and liability matching, Net Income exposures etc). 3. FX Hedging: Preparation and submission of Hedge Orders, preparation of hedge effectiveness and hedge designation documentation. Review of MTM during hedge rollover and submission of Hedge Orders to AXA IM Dealing Desk. 4. Budget Submissions: Preparation of budget submissions as part of rolling budgeting process including interest income on Treasury Cash Balances, inter-company loan interest income/expense submissions and forward-looking Cashflow Projections. 5.Project Management: Project manager on Treasury stream of Finance wide project. 6. Stakeholder engagement: Managing deliverables with various stakeholders groups including: Investment Steering/Operations teams, Internal Audit/IFC teams, Controllership and Finance teams, Consolidation Reporting teams, FP&A and Capital Management teams. I am currently undertaking the ACCA exams.
