I have started my studies in media and new technologies. After a while, I switched to IP/IT law and I enjoy it everyday. After law degrees at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences-Po Paris, I graduated from the Paris Bar School in June 2014 and took oath as a French Paris-qualified lawyer on January 2015. I am proficient on French notice and takedown procedures, copyright litigation (photography, cinema and TV shows), as well as domestic and international IT contracts (license agreement, distribution agreement, non-disclosure agreement, outsourcing contracts) or French regulation on online games. Focus on IP (copyright infringement and licences), IT, media (mostly press-related violations on the Internet) and telecommunications. Also strong experience in trademarks.
