This was one of the most memorable and fun projects we have done. 
The project was literally done from a sketch on a paper napkin to helping our client selling a successful organization to a fortune 500 company. What could be more fun than that!
Building the website, the sales materials, the value propositions, the target markets, the resellers and distribution, well it all took a few years, but wow what a blast it was. 
We traveled the world promoting the new products and training resellers as to the radical change we represented to the industry. All of this until we began to catch the attention of the largest companies in the industry. From there it was just a matter of time and persistence, but in the end what a success it was!

When we began this project, the division we were to work with was in decline. Their customer list was dwindling while their competition was getting more and more fierce. Further their reseller network was poorly trained and simply not focused.
So we began. First up, improving our value propositions and solutions to the markets we served. Then came the sales training for all the resellers across North America, including some of the biggest graphic arts companies like Avery-Dennison. 
Then we needed to build up our customer list with new customers globally. This all meant a great deal of travel and new product development. 
One of our favorite experiences was working with product development teams internally and with customers to drive new products to market. What a blast.
Some of the innovative products we helped develop are still among the best in the industry today. 
In the end, sales had almost doubled over 2 years and they were once again industry leaders in this category!
